Kyra, foreign au pair in Trowbridge

Hello, my name is Kyra. I have a passion for working with children. As the oldest of three (there being ten years between me and my sister) I've been brought up to take the maternal role with my siblings. I have just finished my bachelors degree and I have moved back home to save up after university. I did work experience and internships with child based youth arts companies while at university, as well as being a part time childminder and working as a manager of a Children's Play and Craft store on my gap year. These experiences show my knowledge of inventive ways to help children learn. I believe in the importance of play and kinaesthetic learning. In addition to this I have a food blog and I am efficient when it comes to healthy eating and snacks. I have a full drivers license and own a cat and a dog so I'm happy to care for animals too. I am looking for full time or part time care, all depending on the bond I have with the children. I am available to drop my current 0 hours contract job with a weeks notice to be fully employed if the situation is right. As a character I am bubbly, intuitive, maternal, empathetic, straight to the point and extremely inventive. I believe all child carers should be pro active and extremely forward thinking when it comes to presenting ones self as a role model.
