Hello! My name is Molly and I've had vast experience with children up to the at of 3. I have been regularly babysitting unpaid for a family for about 10 months, and am confident enough in my skills that I think I deserve to be paid for it. I am still in education so evenings and weekends are the best times for me to work. I often buy gifts such as sticker books and toys for the children I'm babysitting, and use this as initiative for the child to behave and listen to me. I'm very soft and maternal although I don't have any children of my own. I'm gentle yet firm when it needs be. I will never use physical punishment on a child, nor unfair punishments. My punishments include time out, naughty step and renouncement of privileges, such as the before mentioned gifts. I will follow your rules and expectations to a 'T' and give your child loving, compassionate and gentle care.
