My name is Lishai, I'm 16 years old. Thought I have no formal experience I have a lot of personal experience. I helped raise my younger siblings. My brother is 12 and my sister is 6. My Auntie would also pay me to babysit my younger cousin. I'm a bubbly fun person which makes it easy for children to get along with me but I'm firm when it comes to things that need to be taken seriously.
