Lucy, home childcare - B97 Redditch

Hello my name is Lucy, I am currently working in a nursery in the Redditch area. I became employed here in may of 2014, so have been working there for almost a year now. I qualified in the may of 2014 and have level 2 and 3 in childcare. A full CRB and first aid, along with other helpful qualifications.
I think that as a childcarer I am attentive and fun, I ensure that all children are having fun at all times and I ensure that their development stage is being met. I enjoy the outdoors, I feel that being outdoors is a vital part of a child's life, and in order to let them enjoy the outdoors it has got to be made fun. A variety of ball games, a long with den building is important to ensure that they have a sense of achievement.
I would love to be a carer/ nanny for a household, I feel that being close to a family and their child/children would hugely benefit them, and having a constant reliant is important.
