Hi, my name is Courtney Paterson. I am 20 years old and I am looking for ages from months to end of primary school to take care of. I want to become a helpful pair of hands around the house especially during summer. I have been brought up with children from all ages ranging from months old to 7 year old's. I have sat my NC qualification at Cumbernauld College and passed. I received my HIV and Aids qualification and my First Aid during my time there. I attended Tiny Tots Nursery for my placement twice a week. I am now currently studying HNC Early Years and Childcare at Forth Valley and qualify in June. I would love this job to help gain me experience. Through my HNC I have attended two placements one in a nursery Bonnybridge Primary School and the one I attend currently is Bankier Primary and I am in a primary 2/1 class. For my courses I had to plan activities day to day. My NC course I had to plan 60 activities for each day I attended. My HNC was just 6 all together and written up but more in detail. During the nursery placement I completed more than 6 I just didn't write about them in my paperwork as I had enough. I love out door play and I tried my hardest to plan most out door learning as its a great opportunity to use. With my HNC course I also had to plan and present a story sack for the children. I done Little Red Ridding Hood and included games, literacy activities, maths activities, dress up and puppets for the children to enjoy. I hope this is enough information. Thanks.

I am also a Manager at McDonalds so I plan and evaluate a lot through this and I face paint most weekends for free for the children. I have to come up with strategies and work as a team to provide the best service for each customer.

I have many skills and qualities to become a childcare. I am fun and exciting. I enjoy all activities in the house painting, drawing, maths, language or outdoor activities. I love to go day trips to swimming or the zoo and get out the house. I love to see the children happy and enjoying themselves.
