Aneesa, home childcare in Bradford BD9

I love working with children. My aim is to become a nursery nurse. I would love to be a part of children’s learning. Over the last two years, I feel that I have developed my learning and understanding through my current course which is Childcare. The experience has been interesting as I am able to understand more about many important aspects related to childcare. I have developed my learning through work experience; I have found work experience useful because I have learnt many skills such as developing my communication skills, punctual skills and organization skills. This gave me a view of what it was like to work in early years settings. I believe I am capable, organized and committed to do work to my best potential. In addition I have also volunteered to help out in a children centre to extend my knowledge around the different types of settings available for children and young people. At the weekends I like to babysit and look after my cousins and this experience is also extending my knowledge further as they are different ages.
