Hello, my name is Ella Pearce & I am 16yrs old. I have my level one childcare and am currently at college doing my level two childcare, I have my DBS.
I have experience with young children, I cared for my two younger brothers from birth. They are now 3yrs & 7yrs old, my 7yr old brother has autism so I am used to dealing with varying challenging behaviour as well as caring for a typical child (3yr old brother).
I enjoy playing and having fun with Young children, seeing them learn through creative play. Watching them grow and develop in to independent children, children are so quick to learn new skills and it's so fulfilling when you know you have been a part of their development. I can help with homework and I love cleaning and cooking I also like to encourage the children to help and I love baking with the children to. I look forward to hearing from you.
