As I am currently training with the aim of becoming a primary school teacher, the last 4 years have been spent working in nurserys and primary schools focusing on childrens development and education from birth to primary school age. My personal experiences of bringing up/looking after children excedes 20 years and throughout that time I have also managed a group aimed at introducing music, movement and makaton to children from birth to 5 years old.
I am reliable, patient, fun, energetic, kind, caring, consistent and always go the extra mile.
I would prefer hours between 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday looking after a 0-3 year old with a school age sibling (or two) needing wrap around care in the Crook or surrounding areas. This type of arrangement would allow me to offer very competitive rates which would not increase if any of the school age siblings were ill. I would be willing to help with cooking, housework, homework, pets (within reason) and occasional evenings.
