I am a national of an European Union country - Romania. I am legally established as a teacher in Romania where I have practiced as a qualified teacher for five years. Therefore I meet the legal criteria for working as a teacher in the United Kingdom. As a result, I obtained my registration with General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS). I am authorised to teach in Scotland and I have already worked as a French teacher in a Scottish school as well.

I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, possessing experience in various scopes of the education sector. Having gained experience as a teacher, nursery assistant and translator (often translating in a school and nursery environment), I am eager to further my career in education/childcare.

During my time as a Nursery Assistant for Links Nursery Ltd in Glasgow, I was accountable for facilitating the children’s learning via imaginative play and I nurtured their confidence by encouraging the use of new skills.

As a qualified English and French Teacher, I have planned lessons and set objectives in line with the curriculum, followed by teaching language lessons to a classroom.

My studies and work experience in education are the key factors which make me competent and give me confidence in offering childcare services to the highest standards.
