Kirsty, home childcare - HA8 Edgware

After working with children for many years through working as an early years practitioner and a nanny, I have gained a lot of experience. I have undertaken my nvq level 2 and 3 in childcare and I have also completed a children's psychology course, where I am going to continue to develop my skills in this while doing a children's counselling and therapy course from October (every Saturday.)

I have worked within a preschool for 4 and a half years where I had 16 key children and completed relevant observations and paperwork for each child. While working here I also had to take the responsibility of my room managers Dutys for 5 months as she had to have an operation, and really enjoyed this.

I believe that I am a very motivated and enthusiastic person who is extremely eager to exchance in a career with in the childcare industry. I believe I have a huge understanding of different children's behaviour and can adapt easily to different scenarios. I also have a passion in making children happy and giving them the best start to life.
