Nicolle, home childcare - HD2 Huddersfield

Hi my name is Nicolle i am 28years old, married and no children. i have experience working with children of all ages but more based with 2-3year olds. I also have experience working with both children and adults with special educational needs and is effective at meeting the individual needs off all. I currently run a team of five working in a private day nursery but is looking for a new challenge still doing the job i love but on a smaller basis. I am enthusiastic, patient, organsied and a very relaible person. I have lots of experience planning activites to meet a childs required needs and interests and believe a child centred approach is very important for childrens learning and independance. I am currently qualified to level 3 but is working towards my level 5.
