Natasha, home childcare in Belfast west BT12

Hi I'm Natasha I currently work in a private nursery and have done for 12 years. I'm unit head in baby room but have also worked with children within the setting of age until 5 -6. I have two boys of my own? I'm qualified to nvq level 3 in childcare I have first aid training, child protection training, high scope trained, food hygiene trained and have lots of experience. Each day I plan activities around children's needs and love messy play especially playing with Gloup and shaving foam (great for sensory play) I think it's important to have routine and know exactly what comes next in the day - provides a stable environment for the children to be organised. It's extremely important to me to have a good relationship with the children and parents for child to be happy and feel secure is so important so that the parents feel happy to leave their children in my care. Lots of interaction is most important for me and helps child and parent to relax. My work place is unfortunately closing so I am looking preferably part time work.
