Hi, I'm Holly! :)

I'm a nineteen year old student currently on a gap year, before attending university this September! Friendly and sociable, I have always loved spending time with children. For two years I worked at a tuition firm, looking after groups of children age 4 to 14 and guiding them with their work, as well as organising games to help them unwind after! This makes me perfect to help with homework, all the way up to GCSE, as well as play lots of games suitable for a variety of group sizes and ages. I also love art and am very creative! I am greatly enjoying using my gap year to undertake a variety of creative projects, and have plenty of supplies I have gathered over the years that I would be happy to bring! I can also play basic guitar (and even some violin!) and would absolutely love to have a sing along!

I am an extremely reliable individual and, thanks to my two years tutoring experience, have had much experience interacting with a wide range of children and different personalities. I am well presented and smiley, and throughout my education have undergone different roles of responsibility, including Senior Prefect and Sports and Music Captain. This is whilst maintaining my grades, with 9 A*s and 3 As at GCSE, and an IB point score of 42 (UCAS equivalent to roughly 3 A*s at A-level).

Whilst one off baby-sittings jobs are wonderful, I would love to find a family more permanent, as that way a rapport can really be built. Nevertheless, one off babysitting experiences can be a way for a child to try something new, whether that's undertaking a (mess free!) art project or some music!
