I am a single parent and after bringing up my own 3 children I know the difficulties family life can bring juggling everything around. I am seeking family looking for a carer to watch children in the family home, taking them out and entertaining them while parents are at work. I have looked after a 3year old girl for 2 year in renfrew, picking her up from nursery and keeping her entertained until parents finished work, I looked after her full time during nursery breaks, during summer we would go out for daily trips with my children. I also looked after her younger sister a few years later, on a daily basis. I volunteered at homestart helping families with young children who had problems coping with day to day life. I helped the parent gain confidence, believing in themselves to enable them to cope alone and move forward giving child a better standered of living. I am reliable, trustworthy, friendly , with interpersonal and communication skills giving you peace of mind your child is in safe hands. I also believe in working with the parent keeping children in way parents have brought them up. I like to spend time getting to know the children so I have better understanding what they like and how to spend the time with them. I do believe fun and laughter keeps a child in good spirit. I have a driving licence but do not have a car at the moment although this is not a problem as I can use public transport. I also have excellent references. Looking forward to meeting a nice family and working alongside them.
