Claire, home childcare in Glasgow G52

I am Claire , I am 23 years old, I am currently a qualified nursery nurse in a private nursery in the city centre. I am a friendly, caring person. The types of activities I've organised in my time as a nursery nurse are messy play such as shaving foam, gloop, play dough, cornflour, painting, collage. Other activities I've done is helping the children with number recognition and letter recognition. I've done baking activities for different celebrations throughout the year. I enjoy doing lots of active play with the children inside and outside doing ball games, obstacle courses, ring games, turn taking games and role play activities. I also enjoy reading books to the children to help with their vocabulary and help them with making up their own stories to tell each other. I like to use construction toys such as building blocks, mega blocks and Lego to help with counting or making things such as towers, castles, houses, garages. I also like to play matching games, memory games, jigsaws, dominos with the children.
