My name is Amy, I am 19 years old and I am looking for child care jobs such as babysitting, nannying and part time/full time care. My best qualities as a child carer are my patient and caring nature, my natural ability to form strong relationships with children and my active and playful personality.
I started babysitting for friends every other week and then it became a regular thing and that is when I realised how much I enjoyed it. I find it very rewarding to see how a child progresses throughout the time I spend with them and I thoroughly enjoy creating games and activities to keep the children entertained, I also try to incorporate educational games and activities to make learning fun!
I have a NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, a First Aid certificate and a Disclosure and Barring Service check certificate.
I have experience working with children aged 1-6 and I am willing to care for children of any age. I also have a valid UK driving licence and my own car so I am able to transport easily!
