I enjoy working with children and care a great deal about promoting their well-being, supporting their learning and development to help them reach their full potential. I am very hardworking, approachable, caring and conscientious. I put a lot of effort into the care of children. I believe it is important to be reliable, trustworthy, flexible, organised and punctual and am able to use my initiative.
I am training to become an Early Years Practitioner at the prestigious Chiltern College in Reading, England and I will be graduating in July 2016.
Throughout my time in Chiltern I have been involved in fund raising events for Great Ormond Street Hospital, which has been very rewarding. This has involved running cake sales, a pram walk, and various raffles, organising a Summer Ball which will take place later this year. We have visited Great Ormond Street Hospital and supported their Christmas party in London. I have had experience providing activities following the EYFS covering all areas of development. I have built up a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience through a variety of settings, working with a range of ages 0-5 years old.
I work well in a team and believe with the skills and knowledge I have gained I will be a great nanny. I look forward to taking up a position following the completion of my training in July 2016.
I own a horse and have been a keen rider all my life, taking part in pony club activities. I grew up on a farm and helped look after the animals, including showing pedigree cattle at major agricultural shows. Through working on the cruise ships I have a wide circle of friends from many different cultures, I enjoy meeting new people and socialising. I love to be outdoors and like to keep fit through walking, cycling and riding, I also enjoy swimming.
