Bethany, home childcare in Ovingham

Hello! I am Beth, 24 years old, from Northumberland.
I qualified from University in 2012 with a BA Hons Degree in Early Primary Education. Since then, I have worked:
*as a Supply Teacher (Special Educational Needs Schools, Mainstream Schools, and Nurseries)
*as a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor,
*in Customer Service for Halifax bank,
*and as a part time Tutor of Mathematics.

Currently, I am working as an Au Pair in Lille, France. I also tutor English to two French children. My role as a Au Pair is busy and very rewarding. I look after four children, ages 9 years, 7 years, 5 years and 22 months. My role includes; collecting the children from school/childminder, cooking and serving them healthy and nutritious meals, completing homework, playing and creating age-appropriate activities, taking them to sports and activities, bath-time and sometimes bedtime, disciplining the children, caring for them when they are ill, doing laundry and housework, looking after the baby and keeping all the children entertained, safe, clean and happy. On a Wednesday, school is closed so I am responsible for the children all day. We usually play sports in the garden, do some arts and crafts, bake or cook together, go for walks or "treasure hunts", play games, and complete homework. Sometimes, I take the children to the zoo or a national park for the day.
I absolutely love what I do and I'm completely passionate about working with children. However, I have made the decision to return home at the beginning of February. I would really like to continue in a nanny role in the UK.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking and baking, travel, and yoga. I am an active person and like to be in the outdoors. I have held a Full UK Driving Licence for 5 and a half years and have no claims.
