Ellie, home childcare in Pencoed CF35

I am 19 years old and consider myself to be a very friendly and bubbly person. I am very confident and find it easy to get along and fit in with others. I am interested in childcare and babysitting jobs of children of any age as I enjoy working with children. I have always had excellent feedback when it comes to babysitting, I get involved with games and activities with the children such as board games and outdoor activities. I am willing to help with homework, cooking, bed times, changing and also household chores. I have quite a lot of experience with with children, I babysit my younger brother regularly and have also looked after children who live in my street. I have baby sat for various families over the years from babies to children up to the age of 12. I have completed work experience on two occasions in a primary school, once in 2011 and also 2015 which both lasted 2-3 weeks. In this time I was dealing with children aged 3-4 helping them reach their full potentialm I helped with spellings and reading and also took part in their learning through play. I also took them out on trips and walks around the area and stayed with them during "playtime". I thoroughly enjoyed my time there which encouraged m to work with children. I studied child development in school and obtained a GCSE out of it. I also achieved two A levels in health and social which gave me a lot of information on children and their development. I would love the opportunity to babysit on a regular basis for families as it is something I would like to do as a career.
