Hi, my name is Caitlin, I am 21, soon to be 22. I have worked in childcare since leaving school at 17, I got an apprenticeship and worked full time in a nursery while I got my qualification. I am a very hardworker, loyal and never late. I love my job and have had the privilege of working with all ages, from 12 weeks to 12 years, working in nurseries and after school club. I am patient, use my own initiative and reliable. I am warm hearted, caring and kind. I am very fond of outdoor play, art and crafts and reading with the children, I believe all play is an opportunity to learn!
