Hi my name is Alexis and I am 30 years old, having worked in the specialised area of Events Management, Teaching, Childcare and Customer Service I have developed many skills that I am able to transfer to any area of business, in particular patience and working well alongside others. I am looking to embark into a more challenging role that will make me utilise my skills and experience to my best. My previous experience in working in private members clubs, a five star hotel, working with VIPS, childcare/ Nannying and my customer service experience means that I am in a great position to deal with any situation in a dynamic manner supported with excellent communication skills, the drive for excellence, being focused.

Some of the key skills and experience I have are as followed

• Speaking and understanding French at an intermediate level
• Safe-Guarding, Behaviour Management, Sensory Awareness, First Aid, Health and Hygiene
• The development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and Personal Care program
• To supervise and provide particular support for children, ensuring their safety and capability.
• Developed knowledge of a range of learning support needs and understanding of the specific needs of the children in my care.
• Reviewing of the children’s behaviour and liaising with the parents to explain the results and appropriately dealing with any concerns raised.
• Achievement: Implementation of the care and support of a difficult child
• To compile reports, set targets and assess each child’s progress
• To ensure compliance with registration and legislative requirements at all times
• Undertaking daily observations of the children and incorporating any interests the children may have into the planning of future activities.
• Monitor pupil’s responses to learning activities and accurately record achievement
• Regular written reviews of the children’s behaviour and liaising with the parents to explain the results and appropriately deal with any concerns raised.
• To develop a knowledge of a range of learning support needs and to develop an understanding of the specific needs of the pupils to be supported.
