Raluca, home childcare in Luton

Dear Family,

My name is Raluca and I would like to apply for a live out Au-pair. I am from Romania but I am in England from August 2013.

I have worked as a live in Au-pair for a English family for 2 years and 6 months. The family I worked for have 2 boys (2 and 7 years) and 1 girl (5 years).

My duties were day-to-day care of children, light cooking, preparing for school, tide up after children, play with them and organize games like coloring, painting, hide and seek, arts and crafts, puzzle, build lego, play with their toys, go to soft play and in the park, shower and bathing them, change nappy, read stories.

My housekeeping duties, when the children were at school were dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, dining room and the kitchen, change the beds once a week, washing and ironing clothes and put them back in the wardrobe, tide up the toys.

Personally I am a non-smoker and non–drinker person with a health- conscious. I am very energetic and fun person how likes to play with children but also a hardworking, trustworthy and reliable. I am also calm in stressful situations. I care for children’s needs and for their health. I understand that as children grow they need attention, reassurance and guidance to encourage their development. I like to keep the children happy and maintain a safe environment.
