I am a very ambitious individual, as I like to take control and do things to the best of my ability, and take pride in my work as I am a perfectionist. Also, I take a very mature and responsible approach to the tasks that are dealt to me, and make sure that all the work I do and have done is to a high standard. I consider myself very hardworking and have just recently completed my A-levels.

An area I am very interested in is the health and social care sector, and I do in fact have a high level of knowledge on this subject due to my coursework, I have my GCSE grades, a level 2 diploma in health and social care, and also my A-levels, and a level 2 within childcare. I believe that I would be a natural for this, due to my easy going personality and my sense of humour. I also believe I am a very effective listener and very approachable and caring and I believe this shows in the work that I do and also have completed.

I have gained initial work experience by working at the college I attend for nearly 2 years now. However I am wanting to move on to a full time position as my A Levels are nearly over, meaning that I will be available to work more hours.

I am hoping to find a job suited to me within the health and social care sector, as I have studied this subject for four years now. I have a huge interest in this field and I am aspiring to get a career within it. I also believe that due to my passion and skills for these forms of work I will be hugely beneficial to an employer.

In brief, I have a great passion for helping people, and ensuring that they are safe and well. I am naturally caring, and I am wanting to be able to provide this through the work I am aspiring to do. I am very excited for my future and what may come my way in the form of working in the health and social care sector.

Lastly, I would also have to say that my previous subjects might benefit me too, maths, English and also hospitality have given me many skills which could benefit me, when I am dealing with a range of people whether they are children, adults or the elderly. I also work well in a team environment too.
