Hello to all parents
My name is Nikola I’m 20 years old and just finished level 3 in Childcare and Early Years Education. I’m looking to start my career in the childcare sector, the reason why I dictated to become a babysitter/childminder is because for the last two year I have been working very closely with the childminder and I really did enjoy the experience, within this experience I had opportunity to look after children from age of 6 months to 5 years. However previously I also had opportunity to help out in nursery and reception year, therefore all the experience I own are from placements that where part of the course and after looking my siblings.

All I can say about myself, so that you have a little bit of an idea of who I’m is that, I am ambitious and enthusiastic young individual who have huge desire to develop new skills and knowledge through many different work experiences in variety of work environments, but also help young children in their learning and development through effectively planned activities that are based on children’s individual needs and interests. I’m full of energy young women who can manage multi-tasks effectively and flexible with hours of work. I’m a hardworking, friendly and honest person who is also good at organizing and timekeeping. Besides I am willing to help others and have excellent manners which I use in work places. I can listen effectively and think objectively when solving problems. However, as an individual, I have the ability to fluently speak, write and read in Polish and English Language. I’m experienced in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have used Photoshop in creative IT learning activities for children age from 0-5 years old. I’m Friendly, approachable and patient. I really enjoy Art & Design of any kind, for example, painting, ceramics, photography. I really do enjoy a messy and creative play, for example, playdough, creating gifts and cards for different events like birthdays and Christmas with children. However, I also enjoy reading books to children and help them within emergent literacy or mathematics. Therefore, I am an individual who loves to spend as much time as possible in an outdoor environment including trips, forest schools, visits to local parks or garden activities. I also enjoy music activities and role-play where I can take an active role in children’s play, I’m more than happy to help young children with their homework or for the very young children I can plan activities that are based on their individual needs and interests that will keep them busy for whole day but will also bring lots of benefits for they are learning and development within the EYFS.
