Charlotte, home childcare in Morley

My name is Charlotte , I am 34 years old. I currently work as an Assistant Manager in a busy nursery . I have worked with children and families for over 10 years and just love been a part of children’s life . I have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements and i can plan age appropriate “out of the box” activities for children to achieve their outcomes /next steps. I have a great passion within the childcare sector and a drive to support and develop children’s learning and development . I am a fun , friendly , reliable, caring person who puts the children at the centre of everything . I enjoy the busy day to day running of a nursery but feel like I would now like to become a Nannie to spend more time with children . I’m very energetic and love the great outdoors
