I am 21 year old, I have 3 younger sisters and grew up helping my mum with cooking, cleaning and caring for the girls. I was 14 when my mother fell pregnant with my youngest sister, by 15 my mum had gone back to work part time and I was caring for all 3 sisters. I loved bathing, feeding, clothing and playing with them and making sure homework was completed.

With the experience I had with my sisters I always wanted children, my family members would always say I was like a 'mother hen' I think this is a compliment! By 18 I lived with my partner and by 19 I had been with my partner for 4 years and we had both become smitten by my youngest sister who by this time was 5 year old and would stay every Friday and Saturday, along with my other sisters if the weren't busy with friends. We decided we were ready for a family, although still very young, I played a huge part in my little sisters development and feel she would not be the person she is now without my influence. I knew with my experience I would be a great mother.

My daughter is now 2 year old and she is the best thing that ever happened to me. My mum is amazing with her and has her at any opportunity, meaning between her and my partner I am completely flexible and any hours should suit me perfectly.

I am looking for part time to full time care and am available for emergencies also, due to having an amazing support system whom I could rely on if needed on evenings or weekends.

I am very bubbly, friendly and kind. Looking after children is second nature to me and although I am very young, my enthusiasm and energy makes up for my lack of years and professional experience. As a mother I have developed priceless interpersonal skills such as patience, a caring nature, selflessness and most importantly, eyes on the back of my head! I love to cook and clean and at home I make a game of tidying the house and my daughter loves it, she has her very own mop and bucket, hoover and sweeping brush! I think its vital to stimulate little brains, reading, dancing and interaction are all important aspects of my caring, the TV is rarely switched on in my house, only when my daughter is tucked up in bed by half 7 and me and my partner watch a film etc.

My daughter goes to nursery two days per week, I often stay and play with the other girls and boys as I would love a job working with children, but have never known how to get my foot in the door, hopefully this will give me a good chance of doing the job of my dreams.
