Jade, home childcare in Normanby TS6

Hi, im Jade. I am 16 years old and have a passion for working with children. I would love to be a social worker when i am older so childminding experience would give me skills needed for the future.
i am friendly, patient, competent, have communication skills and decision making skills. I have had experience at a shop in redcar to develop my communication skills further. I also done a whole day with a 2 year old infant, playing games such as catch, colouring in pictures, board games and reading books. I have also cared for my younger family members who are 10 months old, 2 years old, 7 years old and 10 years old. I done this for around a year for 7 days a week full time some days i stayed overnight to care for the youngest child who was newborn at the time she was suffering from colic and bronchitis i did this three times a week when their mother was working late nights.
