I'm Rachael I'm a very outgoing friendly person very easy to get along with I have 3 young children myself age 3, 2 and 1 all girls who absolutely adore I have been looking after children since I was 16 from baby sitting to working in nursery's and then settled down to have my own children I would love to have a career in childcare again have an opportunity to gain more experience in very caring always put others before myself, I'm good at making games up to play with the children and enjoy playing outdoor games I have alot of experience of planning activities and always love children to have a proper daily routine to stick by
