My name is Sophia, I'm 24 and I moved to Preston from Germany 3.5 years ago. I have always loved working with children and during my A-Levels I did an apprenticeship with disabled children.
When I was 14 my dad remarried and had 2 more children. My little sister Amelie is now 10 years old and my little brother Benjamin 8. Not only did I watch them grow up but cared for them a lot of the time. I am very close to them and miss them dearly since I moved.
I finished my Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Science and Criminal Investigation this year and I am now studying part-time a Master's Degree in Photography. I am looking for an opportunity to earn some money while studying and found that I would love doing this by spending time with children.
I have a particular interest in Art and Crafting and would enjoy doing it together with children.
I am a very calm person and even though I might appear a bit shy at first I always listen closely to everything people say and tend to be very observant. I think it's great to just let your inner child out now and again and just have fun with children. Nevertheless, it is of course important to know when you have to be the adult.
I have also previously helped my siblings with their homework or cooked meals for them. And I still regularly help my little sister practise her english vocabularies over the internet.
I'm hoping to find an open and friendly family!
