"Hello,
My name is Jack and I have a DDD in a BTEC of Health and Social Care. I have just completed my first year as a student midwife at Swansea University. I have decided to take a gap year from my studies. In this gap year I intend to work for the year (or longer if the opportunity arises).
I have worked in a residential care home and as a nursing support working in a hospital environment, so I have experience in all aspects of care and from being a student midwife I have handled and administered medication on a regular basis. I have also babysat an ex colleagues 5 year old boy for 3 evenings and one day a week for 3 years so I have experience working closely with young children. I also have experience with babies, young children and their families through the past year as a student midwife.
I consider myself to be fun, confident and self assured ready for the next experience/ learning curve in my life.
Hope to hear from you soon.
