Sophie, home childcare - RG8 Aldworth

Hello! My name's Sophie, I'm 21 years old and am looking to move on my love a child care a little but further! I am currently the manager of the breakfast and after school club at the local primary school, organising a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for them. These include arts and crafts, getting down in the grass making different things, building dens and such like! I am a very outdoorsy person myself, so I'm looking for a childcare role for someone who loves adventuring and meeting different animals! A role which involved animal care, especially horses would very much be considered!! I pride myself on having patience with children, not often needing to raise my voice even in a group of them! I am fair and understanding when it comes to playing games or trying to explain the rules. I have played many different board games such as snakes and ladders or monopoly, I like playing card games like top trumps and have experience of the EYFS scheme and using games to put this into practise.
I have a 1 year old sister who I care for from time to time and I also baby sit for the children next door (6 and 8). I really love seeing children achieve and acomplish things and am looking for a role to bring that on for me!
