Sarah, home childcare in Ruskington NG34

I'm a 25 year old mature lady, who recently moved to Ruskington this year from up North with my partner, who is in the Forces.
I pride myself on being friendly, polite, kind natured, proactive, caring and honest. I love the outdoors, hiking in particular. I also enjoy a bit of cycling and running. Very much enjoying living in the countryside.

My paid experience consists of predominantly Care of the Elderly and the Disabled in the community. I have 6 years experience providing care in the community. This includes but is not limited to, personal care, meal preparation, medication, housework and assisting to access the community. I also have 1 year paid experience in a hospital setting working in surgery. Furthermore, I am currently volunteering for the Alzheimer's Society.

Although I have no paid work experience with children, I helped my single Godmother bring up her son who is 7 now. I had a work experience placement at a primary school, which involved helping the Reception children to read, assisting with play, and working alongside the teacher. I am also looking into volunteering in a local school when term starts. Furthermore, I currently applying to be Ofsted registered.
