I am currently working as a Customer Service Advisor at Benfield Motor Group.
This role consists of calling customers to gain feedback from a visit into dealerships. The role is a very demanding role as I have a daily target to hit and also deal with various customer complaints and requests. We work together as a team to provide the right opportunities so that the children can reach their full potential and goals in their lives. Most of all we make the environment a fun and exciting place to be so again these goals are met.
When I was studying at school I attended a placement at Sunning Dale School. This is a school especially for children who have learning difficulties and complex individual needs. I found this kind of employment very rewarding as it was clear I made a significant difference to these children's lives. After returning to school I began attending lots of charity events and helped raise money for different charities. Marie Curie was one and also the Grace House Hospice was another. I was recognised by my tutor for my hard work and dedication and she put me forward for an award to service to the community.
In 2005 I won the award "Young Achiever of The Year". I also won another award in 2009 for ‘Young Apprentice of the Year’. I was put forward by my assessor again for all of my hard work, dedication and attitude towards my placement and work.

After reading this job advert I feel that my past experience enables me to demonstrate some of the duties and skills needed to carry out this role.
I love to be around children and I do feel that you really have to have a sepecial nature to carry out any role with a child. I do believe that I have the techniques, knowledge and experience to do this and would prefer my career to further with children in a none educational environment.
