Sarah, home childcare - SS12 Wickford

Hello,

My name is Sarah, I am 28 years old. I'm married and have 2 children myself. I have 2 girls aged 5 and 1. I have been married for nearly 7 years and my husband is a police officer for the met. We currently live in Wickford.

I currently work for a drainage company in Chelmsford and have done since January.

Prior to this I worked as a nanny for a family in Billericay. I looked after their 2 children from Sept 2010 until April 2013 when I went on maternity leave.

I am looking to to get back into childcare again either as full time or part time as it is what I loved to do.

My routine with the children was 5 days a week providing after school care, taking them to activities, feeding them, doing homework, reading etc. I did this whilst taking along my own child with me. This worked very well for the 2 and a half years.

Bringing my children is something that I would need to do on the days my husband was at work. Some people don't like the idea of me bringing along my own children, but I can assure you that I feel it wouldn't be hindrance, nor will it jeopardise the quality of care that I would provide for your child / Children. As I said before, I have done it previously, and those children had very busy schedules. I was never late and the children were always cared for as I would care for my own.
