Hello, my name is Jemma, I qualified as a nursery nurse in 2000, since then I have worked in private nurseries as a nursery nurse, in 2005 I started work in a school with children with a diagnosis of autism. I have now worked for the past 12 years in education, supporting children with additional needs. I have been a teaching assistant, unqualified teacher, lead practitioner and nursery manager.
I have a degree in education, paediatric first aid, safeguarding level 2, food hygiene and completed courses in behaviour management, autism, complex medical and special needs.
