Sascha, home childcare in Stamford

My name is Sascha , I am 19 years old and my birthday is the 12th of September 1994. I am a very happy, caring person who is interested in learning new things. I currently work in a elderly dementia home in Ketton. I have worked there for 4 years now. I first started off volunteering for around 6 months going in after school and spending time with the residents, then I took a job there as a apprentice for a year and got my NVQ level 2 in health care. I am also first aid trained and specialist care trained. And fully DBS checked. After my apprenticeship was finished I went on and became a full time care assistant and did that until January 2014 when I stepped up and became activities co ordinator of the home. I now manage residents daily activities and organize any activities or days out they have.
As well as listening to there wants/needs and meeting them in the best possible way I can.
I am a very caring person and I have a lot of passion for working with children as I have a bubbly personality, I am very easy to get on with and make relationships with people very quickly. I have quite a lot of experience baby sitting as a lot of my friends have children and I am a big part of there life's.
