Hello my name is Debra! I am a mother of five grown up daughters , and I have 8 grandchildren! I maybe 56 but I am young at heart ❤️ . I am currently working as a bank nursery worker which I love , but I really want a new position where I am in one place , I hold a Nvq level 2 in childcare and education, I also hold a level 3 in cache , I have also worked as a child minder in the past and have done crèche work . I love encouraging little ones to become independent, I believe children learn through play , and guidance. I love arts/ crafts , swimming, the outdoors, and cooking which I like to engage and involve children in. I think my quality’s are compassion , loving, nurturing, being patient, getting children to try and explore new things .
