Nicole, home childcare - TN7 Hartfield

I have been a Nanny working for a lovely family in Northumberland for the last two years. I look after two children the little girl is seven and the little boy is five. I work along side the family taking care of the children's safety and development, taking both sole responsibility of the children and shared responsibility when Mum and Dad are in. My other duties including household choirs, the children's laundry and preparing meals both for the children and the family. I also take care of the families two pet dogs and the children's ponies, you will often find us down the stables grooming or out riding, I am a great believer that children should be outside enjoying the world around them instead of being in glued to a screen. I really enjoy planning activities with the children to include, exploring, days out and fun activities at home such as baking and making different arts and crafts or trying out little science experiments.

I was brought up in the countryside and I have a real passion for animals and being outside. I believe that my upbringing has given me some fantastic attributes to include being extremely hard working, reliable and honest. My greatest hobby is horse riding and I am very fortunate to own my own horse, I also love heading off to the beach and going for walks and exploring.
