Louise, home childcare in Waterlooville PO7

Hi I'm Louise. I am 21 years old and live in south Hampshire. I am looking to be a live out nanny or mothers help, full or part time. Previously I have been a room leader at a nursery for one and a half years. This nursery catered for children aged 3 months to 4 years old so I have experience with a wide age range. During my time there I learnt how to put what I had learnt in my level 3 childcare qualification into practice. I have experience tracking children's progress through the EYFS, assessing a child's needs and planning for and helping them achieve their next steps. I believe in a child centred approach and take each individual child's interests into account when planning educational activities. Children should be free to express their creativity and I love messy play! I look forward to hearing from you soon.
