Jessica, home childcare in Wickford SS12

My name is Jessica, 21years old. I am a pleasant, kind hearted and friendly person. My hobbies are horse riding, camping, and socialising with friends and family.
I don't drive but am in progress with lessons and it shouldn't be too long now!! I am a non smoker and absolutely fine with any kind of pets.

My experience with child care started when I was 15years old. I was always babysitting for friend of the families children, my cousins and younger sister. My mum then had a beautiful baby boy called Noah when I was 17. She went back to work 5 months after he was born as we had an arrangement that I would look after him for 3 days a week, 7am-6pm.
I done this for just over a year, while the rest of the week I was working in a bar improving my own skills and earning money.
The place I was working at then closed down and I obviously needed an income, so I went to work for first data in Finance, just while I thought of what I wanted to do for my career.
At first I thought it was admin and office work, but all it was doing was making me miserable, and it's now come clear that I have always wanted to be a nanny. I'm at my happiest when I am looking after my sibling or babysitting anyone else's children. It is an exceptional feeling to make children laugh and grow.
My younger sister is 14 now so I also have experience with early teens!!

I have a good understanding with the importance of children's learning as my mum runs a class called ‘Talking Tots’ in Southend, that I have attended and helped with on many occasions. This is a fun, interactive class that gently boosts preschool children's communication and social skills.

Another job I had was at Adventure Island in Southend for a summer. I was providing entertainment that involved face paints, hair braids and helped with children's parties!! It was a great job making the kids laugh and seeing them have fun.

I have a first aid course coming up as well as a level 2 child course. This will certainly benefit me more in getting the career I want, with a better knowledge and understanding towards the care for children.

What I am looking for is a lovely family, that will welcome me into their home and let me help them provide all needs and requirements, including cooking, cleaning and school runs (bearing in mind I'm not driving yet). I am always happy to help people in the best way that I can.
