Hi, I’m Alex and I have been in childcare for over 4 years now! I have worked in a nursery for 3 of them and a primary school at the moment, however I am looking for more home based childcare that gives more flexibility with what activities and experiences we can give children. I am very child led with activities and will focus on what the child is interested in and how we can develop their interests in to learning! I love the flexibility of babysitting where we can go out for the day to the beach, farm etc and gain new experiences. I am more than happy to have the children at yours or my home!
Through being in childcare the last 4 years I have gained so many extra qualifications including my level 3 in children’s play learning and development, paediatric first aid, health and safety, safeguarding, and food hygiene certificate.
I love to spend time outdoors allowing the kids to be kids and jump in all the puddles, I also love crafts and being able to be creative. I love animals so would be happy to work in a home with pets.
I am looking for full time role however would definitely consider part time hours!
