This is a combined childminder / housekeeper role.
I need someone that will help look after my children and keep the house clean and tidy as well.
Your Typical working day:
A typical day in my house, my daughter wakes up at about 7am, she will be 15 in July so she can take care of herself. She just needs supervision and sometimes hurrying up so she's not late for school.
You wake her brother around 7.30am and get him ready for school.
He is 8yrs old now.
You will supervise his teeth brushing, bath, feed him and keep him occupied during the day.
I like him to be engaged so you will have to supervise his reading, take him on walks, and help him with school homework, etc
Also, during the day, you will do what ever housework is required.
(Housework includes vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, sweeping, laundry, etc)
My son finishes in school at 3.15pm and his school is a short walk from home. My daughter is in school till 4.30pm so you pick her up with the car if you drive.
When the children finish school, you will supervise their homework and give them both dinner around 6pm.
We aim for them both to be ready for bed around 8pm.
This will be your typical working day, but of course there may be variations from day to day.
If you have a license, you will be able to drive the family car for the school run as this is more convenient than taking the bus. My daughter's school is about 10 - 15 mins drive from home depending on traffic.
A lot of the job is about organisation. If you are able to prioritise your duties efficiently, it's very easy.

I am willing to pay £500/month for 5 and a half days work. Occasionally you may be required to babysit on Saturday evenings.
You will have your own room and we will respect your privacy although we will like for you to see yourself as a part of the family.
