Lynsey, is looking for an au-pair in Newport-on-tay DD6

We are a family from Newport-on-Tay in Fife, Scotland, with two lovely kids, a girl age 7 & a boy aged 3, looking for a friendly, fun, easy-going, responsible au pair from January 2022.

Newport is a lovely village on the River Tay, but we are 5 minutes by car or bus across a bridge from the city of Dundee which was voted in the best 10 cities to visit in Europe in 2018 and best place to live in Scotland in 2019.

Our current au pair, who has been with us for 2.5 years, is planning to settle in the area.

Our au pair will get their own annex flat, separate to our home so they can live independently, plus £90 per week, plus potential car if necessary

Looking for someone to take kids to and from school/ nursery and play with them for a few hours after school; take them to activities etc. There will also be occasional babysitting; longer hours during school holidays and one afternoon cleaning a week.

We’d love to find someone who gets on well with the kids (and us), kind, fun but above all responsible and able to keep them safe and engaged in activities.

Any applicants from European countries must have settled or pre-settled status due to crazy new Brexit rules, or an appropriate visa.

Having been an au pair myself I know how important it is to find the right family fit and I hope we have a lot to offer an au pair as well as the reverse.
