Kelly, is looking for an au pair in Skewen

Hi there,
My situation is that I'm a full time shift worker working 6 days on and 4 days off so the childcare would be on a shift work basis. I would basically need 4 days out if those 6 to be live in!!!
My husband and I have recently separated so there will be shared childcare on some days but I am looking for children to be spending the majority of the time with me.
I understand it's difficult to find a nanny to suit these hours but I am flexible and the days/ hours do not need to be set in stone as there is family support on occasions.
Ideally I would be looking for someone with experience in ASD as my daughter has autism but not severe and someone who can be flexible with days and hours.
