I am a 33yr old mum of Harry(3.5yrs old) and Oliver (2.5yrs old). They are both adorable little boys who play well together and have very different personalities. Harry will keep anyone on their toes, he's very outgoing and smart with a larger than life personality and sense of humour. Oliver loves cuddles and quiet time and is a joy to be around although has some language and communication problems so needs someone with patience and understanding! I work from home and am looking for a nanny to come and look after the boys in the day time while I work, someone confident enough to take them out to play centres or parks or play groups. While they nap the nanny will help with housework, ironing, hoovering, general tidying etc. We live in Wrea Green (near Preston, Lytham, Blackpool) in a lovely house walking distance to the green where the boys enjoy walks and playing on their balance bikes or visiting the park where they enjoys the swings and climbing! We also have cats (so must like pussycats!)

We aren't looking for someone who just wants a job, we are looking for someone who has a love of children and who will put them first. The nannies they have had so far have had great bonds with them and still see them regularly. One of them has even become Godmother to our youngest.

This job is paid by the hour, we will pay for every hour worked and there will be occasional needs for evening babysitting. Please get in touch if you are local and interested.

Due to asthma the nanny must be a non smoker and driving is essential (with fully comp insurance please)

Childcare experience is a must, we are looking for someone who will help challenge the boys and help them develop, not just babysit them. Also to help us with Oliver and his special communication needs.

Above all else, we need reliability, I work from home but am often away for nights each week and my husband also works full time. We need to know the boys will be looked after and loved and that the house will be kept in good standing :)

Previous experience required and any experience with communication problems is a bonus. Although I work from home you will be left to your own devices to look after and entertain Harry/Oliver and therefore a car / driver is essential.
