Seeking a trustworthy childminder from september 23

We require a childminder for a son who with be just over a year old in September 23. As teachers we will require term time only 7:30am - 17:30pm, 4 days a week to definitely include Monday. There is some flex is timings based on where you are in relation to home/work. We live in BS16 but I work in BS20.
