It's for a 2 years old girl, and because we are both working parents the timing are looking at 7.30 - 6.30.

Rate might start low but it's for a long term position, and when it comes to next january, we're hoping to have the nanny share with another family - another girl 1 years old and it will be at our home for care, and we can raise the hourly rate by then.
