Esther, is looking for childcare in Grove park SE12

Hi! I have been offered a contract job May until December that I would like to accept. I would need a Nanny to take care of my 3 year old and baby at home. I'm interested in talking to people who could do Monday, Thursday and Friday, or full time but some shared charge mid-week which would be:
Hours 7.30-6pm with Wednesday afternoon off.
Monday sole charge.
Tuesday shared with my mum
Wednesday morning until Grandma arrives then some nursery duties, then the afternoon off
Thursday and Friday sole charge, eldest in afternoon nursery sessions
While it's part sole charge, I will always be at home working upstairs and would like to continue to breastfeed the baby.
The right Nanny for us will be full of energy and ideas for playing, organised to stay on top of nap routines, and will be confident to help Phoebe learn to eat solids and keep a basic food diary as weve been under a paediatrician for reflux.
My 3 year old loves playing in the garden in the Wendy house and mud kitchen, loves drawing, reading and painting and is desperate to learn how to read and write. I might move her to a pre school in September from her nursery.
