My husband and I work long shifts in london and need childcare from early Monday morning to late Wednesday evening each week. I leave for work at 4:40am and would be home about 9pm each evening. My son goes to nursery Monday and Wednesday afternoons so would need taking and picking up. Some weeks would be less childcare due to work shifts. We have a large spare room for live in if required. There is a possibility my shifts will change to 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday but would be slightly shorter
