Megan, is looking for childcare in London SW1X

Hello!
We’re expecting twins on the 4th Aug! They may be delivered early, possibly start of July but we won’t know until nearer the time.

We have a three year old and know that it’ll be incredibly full on when the twins arrive. I’m hoping to find a nanny who can be with us for maybe 4-6 weeks once they arrive to help me and to help get the twins into a routine etc. is this something you can help with? We’re open to live in or live out. I also don’t know if maybe we just need a night nanny first or not…. Literally no idea. I’d love to chat to someone who has experience working with newborn twins and maybe see what they’d recommend?
